Taco Soup

Original recipe makes 12 Servings
2 poundBlade Steak or Top Sirloin; cut into bite sized chunks and seared
2 packageTaco Seasoning
4 cansFiesta Corn
2 cansKidney beans (or other bean combo)
3 cansRotel (1 regular, 2 chili)
1 canTomato Soup
3 cupsWater
Salt
Pepper
Garlic Powder
1 tablespoonCorn Starch; mixed with cold water

Taco Soup Preparation

Sear meat in skillet. Combine with all other ingredients in large pot. Bring to a boil and boil for 10 minutes. Add corn starch mixture and boil and reduce to simmer for at least 30 minutes.
