Taco Soup
Original recipe makes 12 Servings
| 2 poundBlade Steak or Top Sirloin; cut into bite sized chunks and seared |
| 2 packageTaco Seasoning |
| 4 cansFiesta Corn |
| 2 cansKidney beans (or other bean combo) |
| 3 cansRotel (1 regular, 2 chili) |
| 1 canTomato Soup |
| 3 cupsWater |
| Salt |
| Pepper |
| Garlic Powder |
| 1 tablespoonCorn Starch; mixed with cold water |
Taco Soup Preparation
Sear meat in skillet. Combine with all other ingredients in large pot. Bring to a boil and boil for 10 minutes. Add corn starch mixture and boil and reduce to simmer for at least 30 minutes.
