Original recipe makes 1 1/2 cups
| 2 clovesGarlic |
| 1/2 teaspoonKosher salt |
| 1 cupMayonnaise |
| 1/4 cupButtermilk |
| 2 tablespoonItalian parsley; minced |
| 2 tablespoonChives; minced |
| 1 eachScallion; thinly sliced |
| 1 teaspoonWhite wine vinegar |
| Freshly ground pepper |
Ranch Dressing Preparation
Mash the garlic and salt to a paste. Whisk together the garlic, mayo, buttermilk, parsley, chives, scallion, vinegar and pepper to taste. If the sauce is very thick, add more buttermilk.
