Angel-Hair Pasta with Sun-Dried Tomatoes

| 1 lbOil-packed sun-dried |
| 2 cBoiling water |
| 1/4 tsSalt |
| 3 Garlic |
| 1/4 tsGround hot red pepper; |
| 1 lbDried angel-hair pasta |
Angel-Hair Pasta with Sun-Dried Tomatoes Preparation
1. Remove one-quarter of tomatoes and finely slice. Combine remaining tomatoes, boiling water, garlic, salt and hot red pepper in blender. Whirl until smooth, scraping down sides of blender with rubber spatula as needed. 2. Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain well.
