Mexican Short ribs Crockpot
Original recipe makes
| Ingredients: |
| 1 - 2 pounds beef short ribs |
| 1/2 chopped onion; (white) |
| 1 garlic chopped |
| 1 green bell pepper; chopped |
| can; beer |
| 1 packagetaco seasoning mix |
| 1 cube chipolte boulion cube; (beef cube will work also) |
Mexican Short ribs Crockpot Preparation
Preparation:
In a large skillet brown short ribs onion ; pour off excess fat and transfer short ribs to crockpot. Combine beer, chipolte cube with taco mix; add the chopped green pepper and garlic. Pour into hot skillet and stir, scraping up browned bits. Pour broth mixture over ribs. Cover and cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours.
