Peel sweet potatoes; cut into 1 inch cubes. Cook in lightly salted boiling water to cover until tender, about 15 min. Drain and let cool. Melt butter in large, non stick skillet over medium heat. Mix in apple butter, sugar, and salt. Add sweet potatoes. Cook over medium-low heat until heated thoroughly, stirring gently. Turn into serving platter. Sprinkle with pecans.
