Suggest a better descriptionPreheat oven to 350?. Grease 8" square baking pan.
Combine flour, brown sugar and sugar in a bowl. Cut in butter with pastry blender or two knives until mix resembles course crumbs. Transfer 1/2 cup to another bowl and stir in chocolate toffee bits.
Stir baking soda and salt into remaining mix. Combine milk, yogurt, egg and vanilla until blended. Add to flour mixture, stir until just blended. Pour into pan and sprinkle evenly with reserved mixture.
Bake 40-45 min. Serve warm.
