2 RacksBaby Back Pork Ribs; Full racks that come in a grocery store package
1 RollReynolds Heavy Duty Aluminum Foil; 18x24
1 1/2 CupBrown Sugar
1/2 CupPaprika
5 teaspoonsGarlic Powder
1 TablespoonPepper
5 CubesIce; Per Bag
1 (18 oz) bottleBullseye Original Barbecue Sauce

Baby Back "Steam Grilled" Barbecue Ribs Preparation

Cut the racks in half (or thirds depending on size)

Create bags by folding over the aluminum foil and double folding the edges. Make them large enough to fit half racks. Use a Sharpie to mark a large X on one side of the bag.

Mix all dry ingredients into a large mixing bowl.

Rub the mix over sections of Ribs (if you have time, put them in the fridge to marinade).

Put Ribs in the bag so that the meaty side of the rib is facing the side of the bag with an X.

Put 5 ice cubes in the bag and seal.

Preheat grill to 325(F)

Place the bags on the grill with the X side facing up. This will help stop the ribs from burning.

Cook for 45 to 60 minutes on the grill. Tear the bags open, cover in Bullseye Barbecue Sauce an continue cooking on low heat for another 15 minutes on low.

Notes

Be careful when opening the bags not to get the hot sugary liquid on you. When you take them out of the bags, placing the slabs in a rack where the ribs are on end stops charring.
