Original recipe makes 8 Servings
4 cansTuna fish; drained
1 cupBreadcrumbs
3 Eggs; lightly beaten
1/2 cupOnion; finely chopped
1 cupCelery; chopped
2 tablespoonSoy sauce
2 clovesGarlic; minced
1 tablespoonLime juice
2 tablespoonsOlive oil
8 Rolls
8 piecesLettuce

Tuna Burgers Preparation

Mix all ingredients except olive oil and form into patties. Heat pan to medium heat with oil and cook patties. Flip and cook for five minutes longer. Alternatively, if you have a panini grill, then just spray the grill with olive oil and grill for 4-5 minutes. Serve on soft rolls with lettuce and tomato, if desired.

flavor is a little mild, but when put in a sandwich the flavor is even less noticeable. The burger is also not very solid and would not do very well on a grill. Made a tasty sandwich with mayo, lettuce, toasted wheat bread, cheese, and relish. Liked the onion and celery in the burger...might add a little bit of hot sauce next time.
