Original recipe makes 10 Servings
3 pounds beef chuck roast; trimmed
1 10.5-oz.-oz. can condensed french onion soup; undiluted
1 10.5-oz. can condensed beef consumme; undiluted
1 10.5-oz. can condensed beef broth; undiluted
1 teaspoonbeef bouillon granules
8 -10 french or italian rolls; split

Shredded French Dip (Crockpot) Preparation

Halve the roast and place in a 3-quart slow cooker. Combine the soup,

comsumme, broth and bouillon; pour over roast. Cover and cook on low for

6-8 hours or until meat is tender.

Remove meat and shred with 2 forks. Serve on rolls. Skim fat from cooking

juices and serve as a dipping sauce.

Notes

Toast rolls or buns to prevent soggy sandwiches
