Slow Cooker Buffalo Chicken Sandwiches (Crockpot)
So easy, so delicious. See the recipe link below for buffalo chicken wing dip - or use leftovers to make buffalo chicken pizza. Just add some wing sauce to your pizza sauce. Top pizza dough with sauce, leftover chicken, mozzarella and some crumbled blue cheese."My husband LOVED this, he said it would be a PERFECT food for Superbowl Sunday so I guess I should have waited til next weekend to make it. I used Texas Pete's Wing sauce (could not find Ken's as mentioned in a previous review) and did not find it to be too salty. I gave this recipe 4 stars only because I am not a big fan of buffalo wings to begin with so although I did think it was very good, this is something that I will make for my hubby in the future. It is hard to get him excited about new recipes but this one was a real hit! Thanks!" - AshleyM77

Slow Cooker Buffalo Chicken Sandwiches (Crockpot) Preparation
1. Place the frozen chicken breasts into a slow cooker, and pour in 3/4 of the wing sauce and the ranch dressing mix. Cover, and cook on Low for 7 to 8 hours.
2. Once the chicken has cooked, add the butter, and shred the meat finely with two forks. Pile the meat onto the hoagie rolls, and splash with the buffalo wing sauce to serve - use more or less depending on how spicy you like your meal.
