Reviews for Slow Cooker Buffalo Chicken Sandwiches (Crockpot)

Recipes »  Main Dish  »  Sandwiches and Wraps

So easy, so delicious. See the recipe link below for buffalo chicken wing dip - or use leftovers to make buffalo chicken pizza. Just add some wing sauce to your pizza sauce. Top pizza dough with sauce, leftover chicken, mozzarella and some crumbled blue cheese.

Fantastic!! My family lives it and I really appreciated the ease of the crockpot to make it. Yummy

I love buffalo wings so much but this wasn't my favorite take on that style. It was ok but not the best.

Will be one of our favorites! Took less time to cook than in recipe. Great topped with lettuce and ranch dressing!

This was so good! My left the recipe out so my fiance could make it and he accidently dumped the whole thing of the ranch packet in. YUM!

What sauce should I use? I used Franks red hot wing sauce and it was so salty it was almost inedible. I would try it again with another sauce though.

It was good just to hot. Maybe a different wing sauce next time.

Possibly the easiest crockpot recipe I've ever made, and definitely my new favorite. I'll make this again for my family, but I would also make it again to take to a potluck or serve at a party!

Since I am a spice wimp but my family is not, I doubled the chicken and used two bottles of sauce, one mild and one medium.

This was too hot for us. We found it wasn't flavorful just hot! I found a sauce lower in salt after reading the other reviews, so salty was not a problem. I think finding the right sauce is important because the chicken was nice and moist. I cooked it 5 hours on low and it done perfectly.

Very easy and good. Used Sweet baby ray BBQ sauce. Couldn't find wind sauce.

I would have given it 4-stars (because I'm not big on buffalo wing taste), but my husband absolutely loved this. He's telling our friends about this recipe, and he's such a picky eater! He's usually not the least bit excited when he sees I'm using a crock pot, but he loved it this time. Good call!

The family loved it! Will definitely do it again. Btw/fyi- franks red hot makes it a tad salty. My son ate his 3rd slider on a biscuit and rated the sandwich 5 thumbs up-ha! Awesome!

It was tasty but a little too spicy, leftovers still sitting in the fridge untouched. I used Franks, and maybe used too much

Yummy! The whole family loved it. I doubled it and used a bag of frozen chicken breasts - had enough for left overs too.

4 hours on high (from frozen) was enough time. Need to serve with hearty, crusty rolls; I made the mistake of using soft hamburger buns which got soggy quickly.
