Slow Cooker Buffalo Chicken Sandwiches (Crockpot)

So easy, so delicious. See the recipe link below for buffalo chicken wing dip - or use leftovers to make buffalo chicken pizza. Just add some wing sauce to your pizza sauce. Top pizza dough with sauce, leftover chicken, mozzarella and some crumbled blue cheese.

My husband LOVED this, he said it would be a PERFECT food for Superbowl Sunday so I guess I should have waited til next weekend to make it. I used Texas Pete's Wing sauce (could not find Ken's as mentioned in a previous review) and did not find it to be too salty. I gave this recipe 4 stars only because I am not a big fan of buffalo wings to begin with so although I did think it was very good, this is something that I will make for my hubby in the future. It is hard to get him excited about new recipes but this one was a real hit! Thanks!

Tried with franks red hot buffalo wing sauce and it was spicy but very good and easy.

Delicious! I used Franks hot sauce and loved it! When chicken was done I took out and shredded in a large bowl then added more Frank's sauce. Great in wraps too.

I made this tonight I used boneless skinless chicken breast in the crockpot w/a lil bit of minced garlic (cuz I had it) 1/2 pack of ranch dressing and I used Ken's new buffalo marinade sauce it was great not overly hot and not too salty like Franks that everyone else complained about I highly suggest people try this sauce .. I didn't use the butter either I don't think it needed it it was just fine with out it! My boyfrien like this too! I will make again!

I didn't have a ranch dressing packet so I substituted Johnny's Garlic Spread & Seasoning. Also the sauce ended up being very watery and I omitted the butter and thickened with corn starch. It tasted fantastic.

Very good; but did not use the wing sauce. Even the mild was too spicy for us. Used Masterpiece BBQ sauce instead. Put on hoagie buns. Very good.

I love buffalo wings so much but this wasn't my favorite take on that style. It was ok but not the best.

What sauce should I use? I used Franks red hot wing sauce and it was so salty it was almost inedible. I would try it again with another sauce though.

Possibly the easiest crockpot recipe I've ever made, and definitely my new favorite. I'll make this again for my family, but I would also make it again to take to a potluck or serve at a party!

This was too hot for us. We found it wasn't flavorful just hot! I found a sauce lower in salt after reading the other reviews, so salty was not a problem. I think finding the right sauce is important because the chicken was nice and moist. I cooked it 5 hours on low and it done perfectly.

I would have given it 4-stars (because I'm not big on buffalo wing taste), but my husband absolutely loved this. He's telling our friends about this recipe, and he's such a picky eater! He's usually not the least bit excited when he sees I'm using a crock pot, but he loved it this time. Good call!
