1 Combine ingredients in a medium saucepan. Start cooking on medium-high. Once the chocolate has melted, turn heat down to medium. Stir constantly until the mixture turns dark color and the mixture easily pulls away from the bottom and sides of the pan.
2.Pour mixture into a bowl and allow to cool completely at room temperature.
3. Form into 1-inch balls, then roll in chocolate spinkles.
Note: Candy may be stored at room temperature. If stored in the refrigerator, it will harden
