1 1/3red pepper; chopped
1 1/3yellow pepper; chopped
1 1/3orange pepper; chopped
1 cantuna in sunflower oil; .
1 1/3onion; chopped
5 tbsmayo; .
4 mediumpotato; oven or microwave

jacket potato tuna and pepper crunch Preparation

cook 4 medium sized potatos on the oven or microwave

drain the oil from tuna

chop peppers and onions and add tuna and mayo and stir in a large bowl

add butter to patatos if desired

serve potatos and tuna pepper crunch
