Original recipe makes 2 Servings
1/2 cupegg whites
1/2 cupoats
1/2 cuplow-fat cottage cheese

Low-Fat Oatmeal Protein Pancakes with Cottage Cheese Preparation

Blend ingredients until smooth.

Pour approximately 1/4 cup batter for each pancake onto heated griddle or non-stick pan.

When pancake bubbles, flip and cook the other side.

Notes

Use water to thin the batter as necessary to make pancake batter consistency.
