Ingredients

Ready in 45 minutes

Original recipe makes 2 cups
6 oz.Oil packed sun dried tomatoes; drained
1 cupBasil leaves; packed
1/4 cupPine nuts; toasted
1 1/2 tblspoonsOlive oil
1 tblspoonsBalsamic Vinegar
2 largeGarlic cloves
1 1/2 teaspoonsLemon zest; packed

Sun Dried Tomato and Basil Spread Preparation

Chop all ingredients in processor to coarse paste. Season with salt and pepper. Transfer to bowl and serve. Can be made 1 day ahead.
