Sun Dried Tomato and Basil Spread
Ingredients
Original recipe makes 2 cups
| 6 oz.Oil packed sun dried tomatoes; drained |
| 1 cupBasil leaves; packed |
| 1/4 cupPine nuts; toasted |
| 1 1/2 tblspoonsOlive oil |
| 1 tblspoonsBalsamic Vinegar |
| 2 largeGarlic cloves |
| 1 1/2 teaspoonsLemon zest; packed |
Sun Dried Tomato and Basil Spread Preparation
Chop all ingredients in processor to coarse paste. Season with salt and pepper. Transfer to bowl and serve. Can be made 1 day ahead.
