1 tbVegetable oil
1/2 lbShiitake mushrooms; stems
1 tbfresh ginger; Finely chopped
1/2 tsGarlic; minced
1 cChicken broth
2 tbSoy sauce
1 1/2 tsAsian sesame oil
1/4 tsBlack Pepper; freshly ground
2 cchicken; Diced, cooked
1/4 cGreen Onions; Sliced
1 bnSpinach; washed
1 lbSpaghetti; cooked according to directions

Chinese Chicken Pasta Preparation

Heat vegetable oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Add mushrooms; cook 5 minutes. Add ginger and garlic; cook 1 minute more. Add chicken broth, soy sauce, sesame oil and pepper; bring to boil and cook 1 minute. Add cooked chicken, green onions and spinach. Toss with hot pasta.
