| 1/2 lbShiitake mushrooms; stems |
| 1 tbfresh ginger; Finely chopped |
| 1/2 tsGarlic; minced |
| 1 cChicken broth |
| 2 tbSoy sauce |
| 1 1/2 tsAsian sesame oil |
| 1/4 tsBlack Pepper; freshly ground |
| 2 cchicken; Diced, cooked |
| 1/4 cGreen Onions; Sliced |
| 1 bnSpinach; washed |
| 1 lbSpaghetti; cooked according to directions |
Chinese Chicken Pasta Preparation
Heat vegetable oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Add mushrooms; cook 5 minutes. Add ginger and garlic; cook 1 minute more. Add chicken broth, soy sauce, sesame oil and pepper; bring to boil and cook 1 minute. Add cooked chicken, green onions and spinach. Toss with hot pasta.
