This tuna melt is a toasted sandwich that is made up of tuna and cheese. Very simple and delicious. Even the most picky eaters will dive right into this sandwich.

Tuna Melts Preparation
Take one can of tuna and drain the water/vegetable oil from it. Next put the tuna in a bowl and add 3/4 cup mayonnaise, you can also add more or less to taste. Then add 1/4 cup of chopped onion and one stalk of celery that is also copped. Stir together. Next add 1/4 tsp of nutmeg and 1/4 tsp of paprika. After that add salt and pepper to taste. You can add more or less nutmeg and paprika to taste also. Take eight slices of bread and butter one side of each, If you do not want to use butter olive oil may be substituted. Place 4 slices of the bread butter side up on a cookie sheet. Put in the oven at 350 degrees F. Take the bread out once golden brown Turn the bread slices upside down and place the tuna mixture on each slice. Add your favorite cheese on top of the tuna mixture and place the other four bread slices butter side up ontop of the tuna. Put back into the oven until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
