Original recipe makes 6 Servings
1 unbaked pie shell; 9 inch
3 Eggs
1 cupheavy cream
1 cupfresh broccoli; chopped
1/4 teaspoonsalt
1/4 teaspoonblack pepper 1
4 ouncecrabmeat; drained
1 cupcheddar jack cheese; shredded
2 tablespoonBacon; crumbled

Broccoli, Crab, and Cheddar Quiche Preparation

Pre-heat oven to 350F. Prick unbaked pie shell with fork; bake 7 minutes.

Remove pie shell from oven; place broccoli and crabmeat evenly in bottom of pie shell. Cover broccoli and crabmeat with cheese. In small bowl, beat eggs well; stir in cream, salt and pepper.

Pour egg mixture slowly into center of pie shell so mixture spreads evenly. Top with crumpled bacon bits.

Bake at 350F for 35 to 45 minutes or until golden brown. Cut into wedges to serve.
