Mushroom Stroganoff
Ingredients
Original recipe makes 4 Servings
| 200 gmushroom; mixed (think shiitake, chesnut, black trumpet) |
| 2 tsplemon juice |
| 175 gCream Cheese Light |
| 1 gPaprika |
| 1 gBlack Pepper |
| 1/2 cupchicken stock |
Mushroom Stroganoff Preparation
Procedure:
1. slice your mushrooms
2. in a large pan lightly cook your mushrooms in a little bit of oil and the lemon juice.
3. Add the Philly, pepper, paprika - stir till mushrooms are coated
4. SLOWLY pour in the chicken stock, add a bit of corn flour if this gets too thin.
5. Garnish with chopped chives.
