espresso flavored cheesecake with a cookie crust
Mix cookie crumbs and butter with hands in pan. Press into bottom and sides 1 inch from top. (Alternative, buy pre-package Oreo cookie crust)
Preheat over to 350?.
Heat chocolate until melted. Beat cream cheese until smooth. Next add in sugar, then chocolate, eggs, milk, and coffee powder and beat until smooth. Pour into crust.
Bake at 350? for 45 minutes. Cover and chill for 4 hours before serving.
