Wash and finely chop the parsley.
Combine all the ingredients for the blue cheese dressing and blend it into smooth sauce.
Chop the lettuce, cucumber, tomato, onion and beef and toss them together.
Add as much dressing as you wish to use and toss it through the salad.
Sprinkle the crumbled blue vein cheese on top and serve.
