DELICIOUS SIDE DISH TO PAIR WITH ANY FISH, CHICKEN OR MEAT
In a wok heat olive oil (at level 7 in a cooker with 10), add the garlic and onions and saute until nicely yellow.
Wash the other ingredients nicely before add.
Add the oyster mushrooms and some sesame oil, salt and pepper. Saute.
When it looks soft, add the broccoli and some more sesame oil, and saute until you taste that is done.
