|1 teaspoonGrey Poupon Dijon Mustard|
|1/8 teaspoonSesame Oil|
|2 lbs.Chicken; Cooked and Cubed|
|3 cupsRomaine Lettuce; chopped|
|1 cupRed Cabbage; Chopped|
|1 cupNapa Cabbage; Chopped|
|1/2 Carrot; shredded or julienned|
|1 Green Onion; chopped|
|1 TablespoonAlmonds; sliced|
|1/3 cupChow Mein Noodles|
Oriental Chicken Salad Preparation
1. Blend together all the ingredients for dressing in a small bowl with an electric mixer. Put the dressing in the refrigerator to chill while you prepare the salad.
2. Toss the romain lettuce with the chopped red cabbage and Napa cabbage and carrots.
3. Sprinkle sliced green onion on top of the lettuce.
4. Sprinkle almonds over the salad and then the chow mein noodles.
