Original recipe makes 4 Servings
1 tablespoonolive oil
1/2 cuponions; chopped
1 clovegarlic; minced
1 poundturkey; ground
1 largeegg
1/4 cupparmesan
1 tablespoonmilk
2 tablespoonbread crumbs
1 tablespoontomato paste
1 teaspoonbasil
1 dashsalt
1 dashpepper
1 dashworcestershire

Meatloaf (Gordon Ramsay Preparation

1. Fry the onions and garlic together.

2. Mix fried onions and garlic with the rest of ingredients.

3. Spoon into 9 x 5 loaf dish

4. Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 45 minutes

5. Serve with peas and carrots and rice.
