Original recipe makes
| 2 1/2 poundsBoneless top sirloin steak; (cut diagonaly |
| 2 tablespoonspeanut Oil |
| 1 teaspoonGround ginger |
| 1/2 cupteryaki sauce |
| 1 teaspoonsesame oil |
| 2 tablespoonsHoisen sauce; (optional) |
| 1/2 cupof honey |
| 2 Cloves garlic crushed |
Crockpot Teriyaki Top Sirloin Preparation
Cut steak into 1/8" thick slices. Combine remaining ingredients in a small bowl. Place meat in a crock-pot. Pour sauce over. Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours. Serve with rice. Makes 4 servings.
*NOTE May add 1 TBSP of corn starch to 3 TBSP of water mixed well, to thicken when its done if its to watery

Optional ** may add snowpeas last hour
