Cut steak into 1/8" thick slices. Combine remaining ingredients in a small bowl. Place meat in a crock-pot. Pour sauce over. Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours. Serve with rice. Makes 4 servings.
*NOTE May add 1 TBSP of corn starch to 3 TBSP of water mixed well, to thicken when its done if its to watery
Optional ** may add snowpeas last hour
