Roasted red pepper and parmesan chicken Preparation
Empty tomato parmesan pasta and seasoning into 9x9" glass dish. Add approximately 6oz of roasted red pepper dressing. Melt 4 Tbsp butter or margarine and add to pasta. Stir well. Place 3 boneless/skinless chicken breasts over pasta bed. Top chicken with another 2oz or so of dressing. Sprinkle with italian seasoning and cheese. Cover dish with foil and bake at 375 degrees for 1hr 15mim or internal temperature is 180 degrees.
