Southern Style Sushi Preparation
1. Combine rice and cream sauce and Gorgonzola in bowl
2. Form 1 tbsp heaping in sushi form
3. Repeat to make 12
4. Place dollop of butter on each cylinder and asparagus
5. Refrigerate to set (about 10 minutes)
6. Wrap steak around and season with salt and pepper
