These can be filled and flattened before frying. Can use with sweet or savory things. (Nov.2007) I occasionally add a little sugar to the dough.

1. Mix dry ingredients together. Add enough warm water to form dough.
2. Cover and let rise for 10-15 minutes.
3. Roll out medium sized dough balls into flat circles.
4. Fry in hot pan with very little oil.
5. Should only take a few minutes per side.
