I clipped this recipe from Taste of Home magazine several years ago and have found it to be the best-tasting easy beef and broccoli stir-fry. It is credited to Ruth Stahl. I often use charcoal chuck steak, which is very tender and lean. I also like that it doesn't call for any unusual ingredients.

kla18252 ,Would make again. Added as a favorite and that means a lot for my picky family.10y
asarms ,The sauce was a little heavy for my liking. I may try again with some modifications.10y
bkittybaby ,I subbed fresh mushrooms for the onion and this came out as one of the best tasting dishes I've made! However, unless you have all your meat and veggies precut this takes way longer than 15 minutes active time11y
pintomcguinness ,Easy to make and a great success. It was a little bit bland for us so I added a finely chopped chilli and the juice of half a lime. Everybody loved it.11y
flavor not zesty enough...seemed at little mild. I had a recipe for this that I had a long time ago and loved, just not the same.
annieheart ,I make this all the time! It's better than you can buy at any restaurant. I sometimes add carrot to mine! A must try!11y
bebop2 ,Really good, but needs more gravy & some salt. I used low salt soy sauce & it wasn't salty enough. Adding this one to my favorites.11y
saraho'renick ,I have used this exact recipe for the last few years as well and absolutely love it!!11y
qmackie ,Easy to make and tastes good! It was alittle too salty so I had to add more water.11y
