Original recipe makes 2 Servings
| 1.5 cuppenne pasta |
| 12 mediumshrimp; peeled, deveined |
| 8 oz. cancrab meat; drained |
| 1/4 cupgreen pepper; diced |
| 1/4 cupred pepper; diced |
| 2 stalkscelery; diced |
| 2 mediumcarrots; diced |
| 2 green onions; thinly sliced |
| 1 tbs.cilantro; minced |
| 1 tsp.sweet basil; minced |
| 12 oz.mayonaise |
| 6 oz.sweet relish |
| salt & pepper |
seafood pasta salad Preparation
Cook pasta ( al dente ) in boiling saltwater drain and set aside to cool. Boil shrimp until tender and fully cooked drain and set aside to cool. Add all ingredients in large mixing bowl and fold together gently.
