Honey Sesame Salmon Steaks Preparation
Preheat the oven to 325-degrees.
Butter a baking dish and then place the salmon steaks side by side in the dish.
Mix the honey, mustard, ginger, and lemon together. Pour it or brush it on the steaks. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and garnish with parsley.
Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake at 325-degrees for about 15 minutes. Uncover and continue baking for about 10 minutes or until flaky. It should be slightly brown but still juicy.
Serve with asparagus or vegetable of choice and a rice pilaf.
