Mixed Greens with Crabmeat Salad
Original recipe makes 4 Servings
| 2 cupscurly endive; torn |
| 2 cupsloosely packed watercress leaves |
| 2 cupsfresh spinach; torn |
| 2 cupsred leaf cabbage; torn |
| 1/2 cupwater chesnuts; sliced |
| 1/2 cupjulienne-sliced red bell pepper |
| 12 ouncescrabmeat fresh or canned |
Mixed Greens with Crabmeat Salad Preparation
Combine the endive, watercress, spinach, cabbage, water chesnuts, and pepper in a large bowl. Toss well. Add the crabmeat. Divide onto 4 serving plates. Drizzle Joe's Mustard Sauce on top.
