Original recipe makes 6 Servings
2 eachgarlic bulbs
3 1/2 lb eachbaking potatoes; (about 1 1/2 pounds), quartered
3 mediumbeets; peeled and halved
1/2 poundlarge mushrooms; halved
1/2 poundbaby carrots
1 largesweet onion; quartered
1/3 cupolive oil
2 teaspoonsdried basil
2 teaspoonsdried oregano
1/2 teaspoonsalt
1/2 poundfresh green beans; trimmed

Bill's Roasted Vegetables Preparation

Separate garlic bulbs into cloves, and peel cloves.

Toss together garlic and next 9 ingredients; place on a lightly greased 15- x 10-inch jellyroll pan.

Bake at 450? for 15 minutes. Stir in green beans. Bake 15 more minutes.
