Bill's Roasted Vegetables
|2 eachgarlic bulbs|
|3 1/2 lb eachbaking potatoes; (about 1 1/2 pounds), quartered|
|3 mediumbeets; peeled and halved|
|1/2 poundlarge mushrooms; halved|
|1/2 poundbaby carrots|
|1 largesweet onion; quartered|
|1/3 cupolive oil|
|2 teaspoonsdried basil|
|2 teaspoonsdried oregano|
|1/2 poundfresh green beans; trimmed|
Bill's Roasted Vegetables Preparation
Separate garlic bulbs into cloves, and peel cloves.
Toss together garlic and next 9 ingredients; place on a lightly greased 15- x 10-inch jellyroll pan.
Bake at 450? for 15 minutes. Stir in green beans. Bake 15 more minutes.
