| 2 eachgarlic bulbs |
| 3 1/2 lb eachbaking potatoes; (about 1 1/2 pounds), quartered |
| 3 mediumbeets; peeled and halved |
| 1/2 poundlarge mushrooms; halved |
| 1/2 poundbaby carrots |
| 1 largesweet onion; quartered |
| 1/3 cupolive oil |
| 2 teaspoonsdried basil |
| 2 teaspoonsdried oregano |
| 1/2 teaspoonsalt |
| 1/2 poundfresh green beans; trimmed |
Bill's Roasted Vegetables Preparation
Separate garlic bulbs into cloves, and peel cloves.
Toss together garlic and next 9 ingredients; place on a lightly greased 15- x 10-inch jellyroll pan.
Bake at 450? for 15 minutes. Stir in green beans. Bake 15 more minutes.
