Original recipe makes 2 Servings
4 cupsmixed greens
4 slicescooked bacon; crumbled
2 ouncesham; diced
2 ouncesturkey cooked; dices
1/2 cupblue cheese; crumbled
1/2 smalltomato; diced
10 mediumblack olives; cut in half
2 tablespoonsred onion; chopped
2 tablespoonscucumber; diced
2 tablespoonsgreen bell pepper
2 tablespoonshoney mustard dressing, low carb
salt and pepper to taste

Janice?s Chef Salad Preparation

Mix all ingredients in a large bowl and evenly divide among two plates.
