Janice?s Chef Salad
Original recipe makes 2 Servings
|4 cupsmixed greens|
|4 slicescooked bacon; crumbled|
|2 ouncesham; diced|
|2 ouncesturkey cooked; dices|
|1/2 cupblue cheese; crumbled|
|1/2 smalltomato; diced|
|10 mediumblack olives; cut in half|
|2 tablespoonsred onion; chopped|
|2 tablespoonscucumber; diced|
|2 tablespoonsgreen bell pepper|
|2 tablespoonshoney mustard dressing, low carb|
|salt and pepper to taste|

Mix all ingredients in a large bowl and evenly divide among two plates.
