srcumdidilyumptious ,Couldn't get the breading to hold...all stuck to the pan...thought the dish was ruined...but my husband and my 20 month old who is a super finicky eater loved it! Couldnt find pimiento so used a.red bell pepper instead and a dash of cayenne pepper...added tons of parmesean cheese to the sauce...rice and some roasted parmesean, olive oil, salt and black pepper tossed broccoli made for excellent sides...will def make again....without the breading ;-)
idida ,This is an excellent recipe! My family loved it. Made it in 30min! I mixed the milk with the bread crumbs added some Italian seasoning to make a batter. Dipped the chicken in the batter. Delicious!
produce365 ,This was really good. I substituted pureed cannellini beans for the heavy cream and did not dip chicken in milk prior to breading. A keeper!
faith_elise_maceira ,Suggested Alterations- Use Sliced chicken breasts, not whole. Milk for breading isn't really necessary We fried in olive oil, not butter. Spaghetti makes a great addition- it eats like a chicken parm/alfredo crossover.
