These tasty and tender little chops will most certainly add romance to your evening. Easy enough that you will be able to prepare dinner whilst paying lots of attention to that special person.
Before preparing your lamb chops preheat your grill to medium-high. Combine the oil, rosemary, garlic, crushed pepper flakes and salt together. Rub this mixture on the lamb chops and let them sit for 10 minutes. Grill the lamb chops over direct heat for 5 minutes per side. Remove meat from grill and tent with foil. Let chops rest for 5 minutes. Greek salad is a perfect side dish with these lamb chops.
Do not overcook. They will continue to cook after you remove them from the grill and tent them with foil.
