This bread is a hit. Makes great muffins to!

"This bread was moist, delicious and easy to make. We did make a couple of minor adjustments...we used pecans and toasted them before adding to the batter, and instead of mini chocolate chips we used regular semisweet chocolate chips. The semisweet chocolate chips where a great addition, not too sweet, and they remained gooey even after the bread had cooled out of the oven. The pecans provided a nice crunchy texture and nutty flavor, and of course, the bananas...mmmm the banana taste came through quite nicely. Definitely a recipe that we will make again." - sgrishka
