Ingredients
| 8 ounceSpaghetti |
| 8 ounceSmoked sausages; cut into pieces Eckrich brand |
| 2 cupsFrozen mixed vegetables |
| 1/2 cupOnion; chopped |
| 1/4 cupWater |
| 3/4 cupEvaporated milk |
| 4 tablespoonButter |
| 2 teaspoonItalian seasoning |
| 1/4 cupParmesan; grated |
SMOKED SAUSAGE PRIMAVERA (12) Preparation
- Cook spaghetti
- Meanwhile place sausage, all vegetables, and water in skillet, bring to boil
- Reduce heat, cover and simmer 7-8 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender
- Add milk, margarine and Italian seasoning
- Heat to melt margarine
- Toss sausage mixture with spaghetti and parmesan cheese
- Let stand 5 mins to thicken
