Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray 48 mini muffin cups with nonstick
Combine flour, baking powder and salt in a medium bowl; set aside.
Combine butter, SPLENDA blends and vanilla in a large mixing bowl; beat at
medium speed with a mixer until creamy. Beat in bananas and egg.
Gradually mix in flour mixture; stir in chocolate chips.
Spoon batter evenly into prepared pans, filling cups 2/3 full.
Bake 15-20 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted into center comes out
Cool 10 minutes in pans on a wire rack. Remove muffins from pans to wire
rack to cool completely.
