2 cups bisquick
1 1/4 cups milk
1/4 cup chocolate syrup
1 egg
2 medium bananas; sliced
toppings,; optional:
whipped; topping
chopped; peanuts
additional; chocolate syrup
maraschino; cherries

Original recipe makes 8 Servings



Spray griddle or skillet with cooking spray or grease with shortening if

necessary. Heat griddle to 375 degrees or heat skillet over medium heat.

In a medium bowl, stir together Bisquick, milk, 1/4 cup chocolate syrup and

the egg in a medium bowl until blended (batter may be thin).

For each pancake, pour slightly less and ? cup batter onto hot griddle.

Cook until edges are dry.. Turn; cook other sides until golden brown.

Serve with toppings.
