1/4 teaspoonpumpkin pie spice
2 tablespoonsmelted margarine
1 eachegg
1/4 cupchocolate chips-optional
1/4 cupraisins-optional

Kristin's Pumpkin Muffins Preparation

COMBINE ALL INGREDIENTS IN A BOWL, MIX WITH A SPOON. LINE MUFFIN TIN WITH PAPER CUPS AND FILL 2/3 FULL. BAKE @ 375 FOR 20 MINUTES OR UNTIL DONE.

Made 6 normal size muffins. Bland I didn't add raisins or chocolate chips. It may have helped. Wouldn't make again.
