Cinnamon Toast Coffee Cake
Ingredients
| 2 cupsall-purpose flour |
| 1 1/2 cupssugar; divided |
| 2 tspbaking powder |
| 1 tspsalt |
| 1 cupmilk |
| 6 tbsbutter or margarine; melted &; divided |
| 1 tspvanilla extract |
| 3 tspground cinnamon |
Cinnamon Toast Coffee Cake Preparation
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Grease 9 x 13-inch baking pan and set aside.
In large mixing bowl, sift flour, 1 cup sugar, baking powder and salt into
a bowl. Blend in milk, 2 tablespoon butter vanilla and mix well.
Turn into prepared pan.
Bake at 325 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown.
While it is baking, combine remaining melted butter and cinnamon.
Remove cake from oven and drizzle remaining 4 tablespoon melted butter over
top. Mix remaining 1/2 cup sugar with cinnamon, drizzle over cake.
Return cake to oven and bake for 10 minutes longer.
