Original recipe makes 8 Servings
4 potatoes; boiled
1/3 cuppamesan cheese; grated
1 cupsour cream
2 clovesgarlic; minced
some chives; cut
20 potato; wedges

Potaoes and Parmesan cheese Preparation

1. Boil potatoes until slightly mushy. Make mashed potatoes by mashing them and adding some milk.

Add cheese, sour cream, garlic, and some onion to mashed potatoes and blend.

2. Put potato mixture into a greased pan and arrange the potato wedges in it. Heat oven to 400 degrees.

3. Bake for 25-30 min
