Original recipe makes 4 Servings
| 2 cupspenne pasta |
| 1/4 cupbutter |
| 1 largeonion; chopped |
| 1/4 cupflour |
| 1 3/4 cupchicken broth |
| 1 cuphavarti cheese; shredded |
| 3 cupchicken; cooked/chopped |
| 1 (6oz) jarartichoke hearts; drained, chopped |
| 2 tablespoonsfresh parsley; chopped |
Jodie's Greek Chicken & Pasta Preparation
Heat oven to 350(F). Spray 11x7 baking dish. Cook & drain pasta. Melt butter over medium heat in saucepan. Cook onion 3 minutes. Stir in flour, cook 30 sec. Slowly stir in broth. heat to boiling, cook 3-4 minutes until thickened.
Remove from heat, stir in cheese. Then stir in chicken, pasta, artichokes and parsley. bake uncovered 25-30 minutes.
