Original recipe makes 4 Servings
250 gmChicken breast; sliced
1 tbsTaco Powder
Cos Lettuce
1 Avocado; chopped
2 Tomatoes - Roma; chopped
Coriander; chopped
1/3 cupLemon Juice
1 Red onion; chopped
1/2 cupSour cream
250 gmCorn Chips
100 gmCheese; grated
1 jarNacho Sauce

Chicken - Tex Mex Salad Preparation

Coat chicken in taco powder and dry fry.

Combine salad in a bowl and toss through sliced chicken.

Whisk together sour cream, lemon and nacho sauce

Drizzle dressing over top.

Serve on whole cos lettuce leaf, with a side of corn ships - top with cheese
