Ingredients
| 2 Tolive oil |
| 1 mediumyellow onion; chopped |
| 4 clovesgarlic; smushed |
| 1 mediumtomato; chopped |
| 2 THungarian Paprika |
| 2 Ttomato paste |
| 1.5 Cred lentils; rinsed |
| 6 Cchicken stock |
| 1 Tdried mint |
| .25 Cmedium grain bulgur |
Ezo Gelin soup (Turkish Red Lentil Soup) Preparation
1. Sautee olive oil, onion, and garlic together until the onions are translucent.
2. Add the tomatoes, paprika, and tomato paste.
3. Add lentils and stock, then leave on low heat 30-35 min until red lentils blend with stock.
4. Add mint, bulgur, and water to desired consistency.
