Russian Tea Cakes Preparation
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Cream the butter adding sugar gradually until light fluffy. Stir in flour, orange flavoring and pecans.
Roll between hands into 1" balls and place on an ungreased baking sheet.
Bake for 12-14 minutes.
Remove from oven and while still warm, roll in confectioner's sugar.
Notes
For chocolate snowballs, you can add 1/3 cup cocoa powder.
