Chicken - Red Thai Curry
Original recipe makes 4 Servings
| 500 gmChicken thigh fillets; halved |
| 2 tbThai Red Curry Paste |
| 2 tbOlive oil |
| 1 canCoconut Milk |
| 2 tbFish Sauce |
| 2 tbSugar - brown |
| Snow peas |
| 2 cRice - Jasmine |
Chicken - Red Thai Curry Preparation
Place curry paste and chicken in a bowl, toss and refrigerate for about an hour
Heat oil and stir fry chicken.
Add coconut milk - simmer
Stir in fish sauce and sugar
Add beans and simmer until tender
Cook rice and spoon steamed rice into bowls, top with curry.
