Chicken - leek, corn and potato bake
Original recipe makes 4 Servings
Chicken - leek, corn and potato bake Preparation
Mash the potatoes and mix in the butter and a little bit of cream & cheese
Heat oil in a pan and cook chicken and leek.
Add stock, simmer for 10 minutes
Combine cornflour and water - add to chicken
Heat and stir until thickens
Add corn, parsley and cream - salt and pepper
Transfer to casserole dish, top with mashed potato and cheese - grill until golden brown on top
