Chicken - Hokkien Noodles with Kepac Manis & Vegies
Original recipe makes 4 Servings
| 2 Chicken - breasts/thighs; chopped |
| 1 pktHokkien Noodles |
| Broccoli; chopped |
| Bean Sprouts |
| Asparagus; chopped |
| Onion; chopped |
| Baby bok choy |
| Sesame Oil |
| Kepac Manis |
| Soy sauce |
| Sweet Chilli Sauce |
| Garlic |
Chicken - Hokkien Noodles with Kepac Manis & Vegies Preparation
Fry onion in oil
Add Chicken and brown.
Add broccoli, bean sprouts, asparagus and stir
Heat Hokkien Noodles in hot water, drain and add to stir fry
Add Kepac Manis (1/2 bottle), a splash of soy sauce and sweet chilli sauce to taste (& maybe some water for juiciness)
Prior to serving stir through the baby bok choy until wilted.
